Online Ordering Process
Once you have added an item to your cart and are ready to check out, please enter your billing address, shipping address and any special instructions you might have related to your order.
After you have agreed to our terms and conditions, the final checkout process takes place through PayPal’s secure payment gateway. You can use your PayPal account or your VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER card to make your final payment.
Remember, a PayPal account is NOT REQUIRED to make a purchase. PayPal will give you the option to use your major credit card to complete your purchase.
Once your payment has been made and your order is complete, you will be redirected back from PyaPal to our order confirmation page. We will also immediately email you a receipt.
Our staff will thoroughly pack and ship your instrument within one to two business days.

Shipping & Tax Policy
Appalachian Bluegrass Shoppe currently only offers shipping to the continental United States. (48 States), and only charges sales tax on items shipped to the sate of Maryland.
Out of Stock? Or Can’t Find What You’re Looking For?
If an item is out of stock chances are we have another on order. If you can’t find what you’re looking for we might just not have it listed online. We’ll be happy to search our in-store inventory, and make the necessary arrangements to get you what you want as fast as possible.

Music Lesson Cancellation Policy
All scheduling changes must be made through the staff at the front counter, or by phone. If a lesson cannot be attended at its scheduled time and prior notice is given, a make-up lesson will be provided by the teacher during an open time slot if available. The make-up lesson must occur within one week of the missed lesson. If you need to cancel a lesson on the same day that the lesson is scheduled, we cannot give a make up lesson. This includes cancellations for sickness and traffic issues. Make-up lessons due to student cancellation cannot be used in lieu of regular scheduled lessons.
